Use the ball tip of an allen wrench to remove the three screws holding the cover. Install 4 aa batteries in battery pack. Remove the battery cover using the allen key. An allen wrench is provided in the original door lock box 2.

Typically there will be four screws. Tap on the door lock icon to customize its name e g. Tap continue to complete pairing. This is the only way to get a battery from them.

Most of the time batteries for an electronic lock may be located within the cover of the lock itself so you will have to remove the lock cover in order to do so. All you will need for this is a screwdriver that fits the screws that secure your lock cover onto the lock base. Tap on the door lock icon to be unpaired. Once pairing is complete the door lock icon will change to the door lock unlocked icon and a blue check mark will appear to the right.
